Mr. Miller and Ms. Barboza have extensive knowledge of educational systems throughout the world, both having been employed in international education since 1977.

Mr. Miller was Dean of Admissions & Registrar at West Coast University in Los Angeles for nearly 16 years, and was employed by American InterContinental University and DeVry University in Southern California.

Ms. Barboza was employed by an international education evaluation organization in Los Angeles for over 17 years, and was an Admissions Officer and Associate Registrar at West Coast University.
